Prices
All Prices shown include VAT

Payment
All payment transactions by credit/debit card and are taken upon placement of order. The information you will see on your statement will be KEB Media No items will be dispatched until payment is received in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron & Maestro, as well as corporate cards.

Delivery
Normal delivery is normally next day however some items may take up to 7 days. If there is any problem with delivery we will contact you.

Delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the total order.
When we deliver by courier a signature will normally be required for higher value items by the delivery company, so if you are not going to be in to receive it, please state this with details of which neighbours it can be left with, or with an alternative works address. We can also tell the delivery company to leave it safely on your premises (in a Porch, Garage, Greenhouse, Shed, but this is at your own risk.

Your order cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Delivery - UK Offshore
UK off Shore means if the order has to be carrier over water. Please use the appropriate description when selecting carriage choice at the checkout. We can ship your order to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands. This is a 4-5 day service from dispatch date, however this is not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport by boat and is weather dependant.

Delivery - Northern Ireland
We can ship your order to Northern Ireland (all BT Post Codes) via road service. This is a 3-6 day service from dispatch date, however this is not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport by boat and is weather dependant.

Returns
In the event of a customer not requiring the order once received the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and restocking of unwanted goods will be credited less 25%.

Breakages/damaged goods
Breakages and damaged goods must be notified in writing or by email within 3 working days of delivery and you must send photographic evidence and include your product ref, and order reference.

Complaints
In the rare event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by telephone or by e-mail (please see our contact details) and we will Endeavour to resolve the problem.

Garment Care
We advise you wash and iron as follows:
• Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius / 85 degrees Farenheit.
• Do not use bleach or any substance which has a bleaching agent in it.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not dry clean.
• Iron at a medium temperature.
• Do not iron directly onto the design but you may iron on the back, ie so that there are two layers of cotton between the iron and the design, at a medium temperature in order to iron out any wrinkles in the design which may occur during a wash cycle.

Please follow this advice as we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the garment or the design if this advice is not followed.
